This Terms of Service constitutes a legal agreement between you and Mizizi Classifieds governing your use of the platform for buying, selling, charity and support activities. By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Definitions

• "You", "Buyer": Any individual or entity registered as a service provider, products buyers, home buyers, or donor.
• Customer: A registered user, whether a service provider, seller, charitable person, or donor.
• Service Provider: A Customer responsible for initiating a campaign and setting contribution rules.
• Influencer: A person or entity that facilitates the process, receiving a portion of the contributions as agreed by the service provider.
• Payment Instrument: Any method (mobile payments, credit cards, etc.) used to process transactions.
• Transaction: The process of transferring funds from donors to beneficiaries or influencers as per agreed rules.
• Service: The Mizizi Classifieds platform that facilitates charity and support transactions.

Registration Requirements

To use the service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. Mizizi Classifieds reserves the right to reject or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or other applicable policies.

Payment Processing

The platform processes donations, ensuring the pre-set distribution, such as 80-99% to the beneficiary and the remainder to the influencer. We may suspend or delay payments for any transaction suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity.

Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use the platform to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, human trafficking, terrorism, or the misuse of funds for unlawful purposes. Any attempt to exploit the system for such activities will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

We also don't allow copyrighted materials on our platform unless you have the necessary permission which must be provided to us when requested.

Privacy

Your information is subject to our Privacy Policy, and we take steps to protect your data.

Dispute Resolution

We offer tools to help resolve disputes between parties but are not responsible for mediating disputes unless formally requested by a customer.

Termination of Service

We may terminate your use of the platform for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity, violation of these terms, or abuse of the system.

We may also terminate your account upon infringement of our terms, intellectual properties and content created by others. Once the infringement is reported, we will investigate and if substantiated, we will deactivate your account permanently.

Note: It is the claimants obligation to substantiate any claims & the same will be informed to the content creator as the reason deactivation

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kenya.

However, we follow international laws that prohibit money laundering and where there is conflict, the laws of Kenya is prioritized.
